At Foody Ashta, culinary safety is our utmost priority. Every merchant must adhere to the following mandatory standards:
- Mandatory FSSAI Compliance: Food registration/license numbers are verified during merchant onboarding and displayed prominently.
- Kitchen Hygiene Inspections: Routine sanitation audits assessing kitchen cleanliness, food-grade storage, and clean water usage.
- Daily Temperature Checks: Kitchen staff and dispatch runners follow strict personal hygiene and health protocols.
2 Contactless Delivery & Fleet Safety
Customers may opt for Contactless Delivery during checkout. Your delivery rider will place the package at your doorstep or designated reception desk and notify you via phone call or SMS without any physical interaction.
